Our town

We are in New Zealand/Aotearoa in a very special place called Gisborne in Te Tairawhiti (Maori Translation "the coast upon which the sun shines across the water"). Sunshine and water is what we have plenty of which makes our unique position across the road from the beautiful Waikanae Beach a good choice for your holiday or vacation. If you want more water, then the Olympic Pools is only 200 meters away and if you want more water, then take a stroll along the beach to the shortest river in New Zealand "Turanganui-a-kiwa."

Take full advantage of local restaurants and food outlets, the RSA and Cosmopolitician Club, sporting facilities and the city center. All are just a stone's throw away. Or, you might want to venture out to the country to the rock slide, Rere Falls or the Eastwood Arboretum. Nothing is too far in Gisborne.

So ... if you're planning to travel in New Zealand, drop in and see us in Gisborne/Turanga-nui-a-kiwa. You can find us easily. First, find the clock tower that stands majestically on Gladstone Road. That's the main arterial road into and out of town. If you're coming from Auckalnd or the Hawks Bay, turn right at the round about after the clock tower. If you're coming from the East Coast, turn left at the round about before the clock tower. Come along Grey Street until you almost hit the sand. Salisbury Road is on your right and we are about half way down on your right. We look forward to seeing you.
