About Us Close Proximity We are situated 50m from Waikanae Beach, 200m from the Olympic pools and a 5 minute walk to the skating rink. You might want to take a picturesque walk to the inner harbour along the beach and shortest river in New Zealand. Next time your in town, try us, we will not disappoint on location. Comfortable Accommodation We have 9 well appointed ground floor units - 6 generous one bedroom garden units and 3 studios. The garden units are spacious and are fantastic for families, sporting groups or for couples who want to stay awhile. All have full cooking, separate shower and toilet area with two entries - one from the bedroom and one from the kitchen so there is no disturbance to bedroom occupants. A private garden off the dining area provides plenty of room for the family BBQ or a sport's team gathering or, maybe your've had a frantic day out and just want to unwind in the garden. For the business traveller, vacationer or honeymooner we have studio units furnished specifically for your comfort. Super king beds, flat screen TV and full cooking facilities. All units are smoke free, have their own parking space right outside the unit and there's even room to park your truck, bus or large trailer. Our facilities also include a children's playground, guest laundry, guest BBQ, photocopy and fax facilities, Free high speed wireless internet, guest computer terminal, cooked and continental breakfasts and charge back facilities to most restaurants.
